Removed more than 190,000 square feet of floor covering (including 46,000 square feet of ceramic tile) from twelve JCPenney stores in three states.

Liberty Mutual Insurance

Constructed a temporary waterproof room to protect a $20 million computer server room during a concrete cut for a drain repair at Liberty Mutual.


Made precision cuts in concrete floor at SigSauer to put in machine pads for milling machines, as well as foundation cuts to accommodate new windows and exterior overhead door.

University of New Hampshire

Several concrete cutting and coring projects at the University of New Hampshire including ventilation holes in an elevator shaft, access for new plumbing and heating in renovated dorms, and trenches for underground drainage for Alumni Center parking.

Citizens Bank

Re-vamped the drive-up banking experience at Citizens Bank by demolishing existing teller window and night deposit, adding a new drive-thru lane, ATM, and roof, as well as renovating the interior of the drive-up banking center.

Portsmouth Naval Shipyard

Multiple projects at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard including, dismantling and removing two 8,000-gallon acid tanks and coring in the steam tunnels.


Removed more than 100,000 square feet of flooring (VCT, ceramic tile, and commercial carpet) at multiple HomeGoods locations.

Phillips Exeter Academy

Several projects at Phillips Exeter Academy including cutting basement slab for new plumbing in the chapel, coring granite for roof drains, and providing access for steam pipes near the hockey rink.


Performed emergency overnight concrete cutting and excavation to accommodate sewer repair at Applebee’s, so that new concrete could be poured before the restaurant re-opened in the morning.

Bottomline Technologies

Demolished office suite at Bottomline Technologies by hand in order to donate, repurpose, or recycle almost all materials (doors, carpet, insulation, light fixtures, and glass.)


Removed flooring covering and demolished cabinet millwork to help convert several Cambridge Eye locations to VisionWorks stores.

Exeter Hospital

Created temporary protection and used negative air to protect Exeter Hospital community from dust during demolition and renovation of fourth floor waiting area.

Parkland Medical Center

Cut 100 feet of trench through concrete slab underneath exam rooms and conference rooms at Parkland Medical Center to facilitate emergency sewer line repairs.

NH Department of Transportation

Cut asphalt to help convert several New Hampshire toll plazas to open road tolling. Cored through 26 tunnel slab to accommodate drainage and provide ventilation for toll booths.

Watertown Savings Bank

Removed 120 tons of material from underneath Watertown Savings Bank using wheelbarrows harnessed to a chain hoist as part of project to lower the basement floor by 20″.

Quirk Motors

Removed 60,000 square feet of floor covering to assist in conversion of Quirk Motors location.

Lonza Biologics

Several projects for Lonza Biologics including dismantling exterior chillers and pumps and coring into the ceiling of a “clean room.”


Cut concrete and excavated to install a 30,000-gallon tank for firewater at BMW dealership and service center.
