Meet The Team

Brent Morgan
Brent MorganGeneral Manager
Brent grew up working in his family’s HVAC business in Washington State. He and his brother started a construction company in the Seattle area before Brent moved East. Since 1996, he has captained Reliance Construction’s most challenging projects. In fact, the trickier the better. Brent’s favorite part of the job is problem-solving solutions (such as dismantling equipment or engineering steel fabrications) to help customers achieve their goals.
Debra Finegan
Debra FineganOwner
Deb earned a Masters in Education in Counseling and began her career in human services on the West Coast. When she moved to New Hampshire in the early 1990s, she found herself craving a profession with more tangible results. In 1996, she launched Reliance Construction and has enjoyed doing “good, honest work” ever since. As a small business owner, she spends part of each day handling paperwork, but she is happiest getting her hands dirty at a noisy job site.

Your pre-planning and forethought were obvious…Your workers were efficient and a pleasure to have on the project. Each carried out their work diligently, carefully and avoided impacts to ongoing operations in adjacent occupied spaces.
Steve Leonard, Construction Representatives & Consultants
“[Reliance] saved our project schedule. We ran into an unforeseen situation that could have cost us a considerable amount of time…[They] came in on short notice and scraped the whole space in a weekend. As a result, we were ready to roll on Monday morning, right on our original schedule.”
